Door Knocking Form

This Google form is formatted for you to set up and add to your phone, like an app, to make it easier to record your lead’s contact info and notes as you connect with people door-knocking. The video below will walk you through the setup instructions and how to use it.

1. Open Chrome.
2. Navigate to the website or web page you want to pin to your home screen.
3. Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to home screen.
4. Choose a name for the website shortcut, then Chrome will add it to your home screen.
